I am plural. One day / 100x100 cm / 2025

“I Am Plural” is an artistic process in which human identity is composed through both physical and digital realities. In a globalised world, identity depends less and less on geographical place and is increasingly constructed across distance through digital (synthetic) images and narratives. Over time, these digital interpretations, as new versions of identity, can begin to carry greater emotional weight than their original sources. I apply the principle of sympoietic creation, where humans, algorithms, emotion, and technology collaborate as co-authors. More precisely, initial sketches are drawn in physical space, later transformed into synthetic images, and then returned again into physical form — printed, assembled, and reconstructed. It becomes a process of continuous rewriting, one that can extend without end.

Timeline (What if I Could Choose Yesterday Again?) / 430 x 30 cm / 2026

Some people feel more drawn to the past than to the future. They remain immersed in their memories for a long time, believing that holding on to what once was gives meaning to the present. It becomes another way of understanding the idea that “I Am Plural” across time. I wonder whether the more we idealize the past, the more difficult it becomes to choose an uncertain future. And if we were given the chance to choose yesterday once again, at what moment would everything begin to unfold differently?
