A Canadian robot from Acrylic Robotics recreates one of Yuge Kurt’s drawings. Yuge believes that artificial intelligence can be a valuable tool at certain stages of the artistic process and can also help broaden our understanding of art itself. A total of 10 painters from around the world were selected for this experiment.
As artists debate the use of artificial intelligence in creative practice, Lithuanian artist Yuge Kurt sees it as a valuable tool that becomes part of the process and further expands our understanding of art. Recently, one of her works was repainted by a robot. More on this in the report.
